Bright Behavioral Health is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Sanford, FL
We are seeking a BCBA to join our team!
Qualifications:
- Complete a graduate-level degree in behavior analysis or a related field
- Pass the BCBA certification exam, which is based on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Fourth Edition Task List
- Adhere to the BACB's professional and ethical compliance code
- Maintain BCBA certification through ongoing professional development and continuing education
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and diagnosing behavior problems
- Developing behavior intervention plans
- Providing supervision to behavior technicians and assistants
- Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior plans
- Modifying behavior plans as needed based on data analysis
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as teachers, speech therapists, and physicians
- Ensuring the health and safety of clients during interventions
- Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
- Participating in ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Adhering to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards of professional conduct.
